Can I order a sample?
Samples can be ordered for most of the favors we sell. Cost of the favor plus shipping charges apply and can be ordered online or by phone.
Can I place my order over the phone or fax?
Absolutely! One of our customer service agents would be happy to take your order over the phone (1-877-FAVOR-55) or you can fax to 1-877-328-6755.
What if I'm not happy?

return policy and even pay for return shipping.
When will my item(s) ship?
The estimated ship date is on the product page and shows in your cart when ordering. Feel free to contact us anytime for an update.
How do you ship my order?
We use either UPS or FedEX. Your shipping address must be a physical home or business address, these couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers can be sent to you as soon as your order ships. Contact us to request your tracking numbers if you haven't received them yet.
What if my items arrive damaged?
We do our best to properly package all shipments to prevent damage in shipping. However, if your favors arrive damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt for further instructions.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada. International customers are welcome if you have a North American shipping or forwarding address.
Do you have a store or a catalogue?
We are an online service only. However, our customer service agents are here to help answer any questions you may have. Don't forget about our no-hassle free return policy.
Do you price match?
We do our best to give you the lowest price but if for any reason you do find a lower price, no problem. We won't only match it, we will beat it!
Will I be charged taxes or brokerage fees?
Shipments within the US are exempt from both taxes and brokerage fees. Taxes are charged on shipments to Canada. Brokerage fees may apply on deliveries to Canada.
Be completely comfortable with your purchase.
We have the most flexible return policy in the industry. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no problem - RETURN IT. We will give you a full merchandise refund PLUS pay for the return shipping back to our warehouse. Simply EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase and include the reason for your return. We'll take it from there.
Returns must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Once received, you will be refunded within 3 - 5 business days for your purchase by a reversal on your credit card. Unfortunately partial returns, edible items, personal care (ex: flip flops, manicure sets) & personalized items are non-refundable. Return shipping applies only within the United States and does not apply to sample orders.
