I have a question about ORDERING
- What currency are prices displayed in?
- All pricing is in $US dollars. If you're from Canada, your credit card will do the exchange for you.
- What methods of payment can I use?
- We accept VISA and Mastercard online. You may pay by check, but it adds significant time due to clearance requirements. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us.
- Can I fax my order?
- Sure. Print your shopping card page and include all your billing and shipping information. You must also include your phone and primary email. Fax to : 1-866-834-5608.

I have a question about SHIPPING
- What countries do you ship to?
- We currently only ship to the USA and Canada.
- What's the deal with free shipping?
- We currently will ship to the lower 48 states for free on orders over $149. We have frequent specials on shipping so keep watch in case you find another deal you want to make use of.
- How do you ship my order?
- We use either UPS for FedEx. Your shipping address must be a physical home or business address, these couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes.
- Will everything come at once?
- If an item is backordered or if you order items from different suppliers, you may receive your order in multiple shipments or in delayed shipments.
- How do I track my order?
- We will have a tracking number for your order within 3 business days of your order, if your order was in stock. Just contact us to request your tracking information.

I have a question about RETURNS
- Do you accept returns?
- Yes. We accept returns (non-personalized items only) for up to 14 days after delivery. You must contact us first to request a return authorization code and return instructions.
